Therefore, check and replace the seals frequently, and keep the air pipeline normal. In addition, too much moisture in the air will rust the machine, resulting in poor action of the solenoid valve and the pistons of various cylinders. Therefore, attention should be paid to the dehydration equipment adjacent to the initial end of the air supply pipe, and check the protection often.
2. Maintenance of oil supply equipment: If the press rotates and slides relative to each other, if there is a lack of oil supply, it will naturally cause burning damage and cause problems. Therefore, you should always carefully check the oil supply status to keep it in excellent condition. First, check whether the oil volume of the fuel tank, oil pool, oil cup, pump, etc. is sufficient and whether there is any dirt; secondly, check whether there is oil leakage in each oil injection part, oil pipeline, and joint. If there is oil leakage, replace the seals immediately. Once the leaked oil adheres to the clutch or brake, it will affect its function and pose a risk, so special attention should be paid. In addition, the finishing of the oil filter, the oil replenishment of the oil mist installed in front of the solenoid valve, and whether the oil dripping amount of the oil mist is appropriate are all matters that cannot be lost.
3. Maintenance of the brake: The brake adopts the safety protection of the air-cut brake. Pay attention to adjusting the compression length of the brake spring to ensure that the spring pressure can compress the flywheel without slipping under the air-cut state. And ensure that the cylinder can open the brake when the air pressure is greater than 500 billion Pa. The thickness of the brake friction plate is less than 10mm and replace it in time.
4. Tightening bolt maintenance: Through long-term use or overload, the tensioning bolts will be loosened. To determine the appearance of loosening, as long as the press is under load, investigate whether there is an oil budget between the base of the frame and the contact surface of the column. If there is an oil budget, clarify that the tensioning bolts are loose. It is very risky to carry out press operations under the condition that the tensioning bolts are loose. The pretightening of the tensioning rod bolts requires a special pretightening tool, which should be repaired by professionals from the manufacturer.
5. Correction of other loose bolts: Whether some bolts (including equipment bolts belonging to the equipment) are loose is also a matter that should be checked regularly. If they are loose, they should be tightened immediately. Electric screw presses perform stamping operations and oscillate greatly, especially high-speed presses, with high oscillation frequency and fast loosening of bolts. Loose bolts often lead to unpredictable incidents, which must be treated carefully.
6. Timely inspection and repair of the functions of the transmission system, electrical system and various auxiliary equipment. Ordinary inspection is an important part of regular maintenance and protection. It can prevent problems before they occur. Therefore, it is necessary to include it in the press operating procedures. Before daily operation, during start-up processing, and after operation, the corresponding items are checked, and problems are found and dealt with in time.
7. Timing accuracy check: With the continuous use of time, the accuracy of the press is also decreasing. Therefore, the accuracy check should be carried out regularly to find that the accuracy is reduced, and it should be rehabilitated as soon as possible to avoid affecting the accuracy of the stamping product and the life of the die. The usual minimum requirement for presses is that after the accuracy is reduced by 1 level, it is necessary to quickly correct and recover, which is also convenient for future quality management.
