Founded in 1982, Shandong Mingren Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. represents an early domestic manufacturer of friction press accessories. In the early stage, the company mainly focused on copper nut casting and screw processing of friction press. It had a joint-stock company established in 2008 with a registered capital of RMB 20 million.

Located in Bei'an Village, Mengshui Town, Zhoucun District, Zibo City, Shangdong Province, the Company a professional company integrating design, production and sales of EPK series electric program controlled screw presses, EPD series electric screw presses for metal forging, direct drive electric screw presses, J67 and J93 series double-disc friction brick presses, J53 series forging double-disc friction presses, screws for all series of presses and nut accessories, as well as transforming friction presses into energy-saving CNC screw presses.

Covering an area of over 100 mu, the company has production workshops of more than 34,000 m2, including press manufacturing workshops covering an area of more than 23,000 m2, with an annual output of 1,000 sets of screw presses. With its 12 large CNC boring-milling machines, 14 CNC vertical lathes, 20 CNC lathes, 7 engine lathes, 14 drilling machines of different kinds and 23 CNC wire cutting machines of various models, the Company can fully achieve independent processing and manufacturing of presses.

The Company is featured with strong independent research and development with a high-level scientific research and development team consisting of more than 20 technicians and 12 direct research and development personnel. In the process of R&D, with great importance attached to cooperation, the Company has established "production, education, research" cooperation with Shandong University of Technology. There are various advanced testing devices in the Technology R&D Center: direct reading tonnage calibrators, infrared thermometers, spectrum analyzers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, laser velocimeters, vernier calipers, inside micrometers and other testing devices.

The Company is the director unit of China Refractory Industry Association and has passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification. It also has acquired a number of national utility model patents for electric screw presses and full-automatic hydraulic presses.

The Company was officially listed in Qilu Equity Trading Center in 2016. It has its products exported to Britain, India, Vietnam, North Korea, Turkey, Iran, Bangladesh and other countries and regions. In 2017, the electric screw presses produced by the Company gradually occupied the domestic refractory industry market, with a contract amount of over RMB 70 million and more than RMB 80 million in 2018, with its output value increased to RMB 110 million in 2019 and RMB 130 million in 2020. The Company, by creating value for customers with good product quality and perfect after-sales service, has won favourable comments from the majority of users. For three consecutive years, it has occupied a high supply position of electric screw presses for domestic refractory industry.

In 2021, the Company cooperated with Qingdao Qingduan Metalforming Machinery Co., Ltd. to achieve sharing of the production equipment, technology research and development, production and assembly resources.
